A mechanical design project featuring a retractable and foldable step ladder using a 4-bar linkage mechanism. Designed in CATIA and 3D printed for a school design project.

Overview

This project explores compact storage solutions for step ladders through mechanical design. The ladder uses a 4-bar linkage mechanism that allows it to collapse into a much smaller form factor when not in use.
